Butterflies and Feathers
We are very excited to have guest lamp work artist, Jana Filípková from the Czech Republic, here at Blue Moon!
In this first 2 day class, she will be introducing her favorite color combination and show how she works with a DH (Double Helix) glass and dichroic strips. Then she will explain her mystery behind the veins of the wings and show how to make a butterfly. You will make two different types of beads with butterfly.
Then she will show you what Dichro Extract is and how to work with it. You will make two different types of feather bead - peacock feather and classic feather. Almost all day, you will be playing with colour combinations.
These are intermediate level classes, so previous flame working experience is required.
Tuition: $495 (A deposit of $247.50 is required to secure your place in this class)
