Austin Fireflies Meeting after Next: October 29, 2011 from 7:00-9:00pm Guest Demonstrator: Hayley Tsang The Austin Fireflies is a group of glass lampworking enthusiasts located in Austin, Texas. Lampworking involves the manipulation of hot glass with a torch, and includes such arts as glass beadmaking, glass sculpting, marble making and off-hand glassblowing. We host the monthly meeting here at Blue Moon Glassworks. The meeting is normally held at 7:00pm on the last Saturday of each month. However, holidays and guest schedules, at times, change the date.
