Class Registration & Cancellation Policy

Blue Moon Staff Taught Classes
If we cancel a class, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is very important that you give us as many contact phone numbers as possible, such as home, work and cellular at time of registration. If you will be traveling for a period before the scheduled class, it is recommended that you keep in contact with us. If a scheduled class does not have the minimum required students to hold the class, it may be canceled. We will give you at least one week notice.
If an instructor is unable to teach the class, the class may be canceled, even at the last minute. In all situations, we will make every effort to assure that the scheduled class is taught. Blue Moon will not be held liable for any cost incurred by you, other than the amount paid towards the class fee charged by Blue Moon. This includes, but is not limited to, airline tickets, hotel accommodations and lost work

Blue Moon Staff Taught Classes
- Tuition: Due upon registration
- Refund: Full refund (minus $5.00 merchant services fee on credit card payments) if cancellation is given at least 7 days before class date. If you cancel in less than 7 days from the start of class, a refund will be given only if we can fill your spot.
- If you miss a class, you can schedule a make-up session for some private time to stay caught up. This private time will be $45 per class session missed.
- * Cancellations on classes purchased with credit card will be charged a $5.00 merchant services fee.
- Deposit: Half of tuition is required upon registration
- Tuition: Full tuition due on the day of class.
- Refund: Full refund (minus $10.00 merchant services fee on credit card payments) if cancellation is given at least 14 days before class date.
No refund for cancellation will be given within 14 days of the class unless we are able to fill your spot in the class with a qualified alternate at the posted class price.
